I give and bequeath to Graceworks Lutheran Services, the sum of $________ to be used for the general purpose of supporting all the programs within Graceworks Lutheran Services.
Percentage Bequest:
I give and bequeath to Graceworks Lutheran Services ___% of my estate to be used for the general purpose of supporting all the programs within Graceworks Lutheran Services.
